As an agent, getting as many people to view a home is the best way to secure a good offer on a listing. There are a number of marketing tools that I use to drive traffic to the home, one of which is the traditional open house. Typically, these will be done on Saturday or Sunday afternoon when most people don't have to work and have the time to stop and peruse. However, this real estate broker in Holland has gone above and beyond to generate buzz around his listing. I can't see homes in Vancouver lower mainland adopting this concept soon but it is noteworthy.
